GuildPost is a platform that allows users to discover, list, and share Minecraft servers. We provide tools for server owners to promote their servers and for players to find new servers to join.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use another person's account without permission
• Engage in fraudulent voting or manipulation

4. Server Listings

When submitting a server to GuildPost, you confirm that:

• You have the right to list the server
• The server information is accurate and not misleading
• The server does not violate Minecraft's EULA or our content guidelines
• You will maintain the server and keep information up-to-date

5. Prohibited Content

Servers and content that are NOT allowed on GuildPost include:

• Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Illegal activities or content
• Malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Scams, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
• Servers promoting violence or terrorism
• Copyright-infringing content without permission

6. Voting System

Our voting system is designed to be fair and accurate. You agree to:

• Vote only once per server per cooldown period (typically 24 hours)
• Not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to vote
• Not attempt to manipulate vote counts
• Accept that we may remove fraudulent votes without notice

7. Premium Services

Premium and Elite subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if the service wasn't used.

8. Intellectual Property

GuildPost and its original content are the property of GuildPost. You retain ownership of your server listings and content, but grant us a license to display and promote them on our platform.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. We are not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of server information, uptime, or availability. Use of servers listed on our platform is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

GuildPost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
